Treatments
Work that fixes things, and work that lets go.
Jess is happiest doing treatment-based massage: finding what's actually causing the ache and working it out. She's just as glad to give you an hour of quiet.

Slow, specific pressure into the layers that hold your tension.
- Chronic tightness in the neck, shoulders and back
- Athletes and anyone who works with their body

- Tension headaches and jaw tension
- Sciatic-type pain and tight hips
Relaxation massage
Long, warm, full-body strokes. Nowhere to be for an hour.
- Stress, poor sleep and burnout
- A gift to yourself or someone you love

- Jaw clicking and limited opening

Meet Jess
Climber, rider, yoga teacher, and the hands you want on a bad shoulder.
Jess Merrill came to massage the way a lot of good practitioners do: by needing it. Years of rock climbing, mountain biking, Jiu-Jitsu, horses and lifting taught her how bodies break down and, more usefully, how they come back.
She trained at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, holds a 500-hour yoga teacher certification, and in 2026 completed advanced training in jaw and TMJ massage. Her focus is simple: help people function at their best and keep moving for as long as they want to.
More about Jess and her trainingHow a visit goes
Simple from the first text.
- 1
Text or call
Say what's bothering you and when you're free. Jess will find a time at Wynndel or Creston and send the address.
- 2
Talk it through
A few minutes at the start on what's going on, how much pressure you like, and anything Jess should know.
- 3
Treatment, then a plan
Sixty or ninety minutes of focused work, and honest advice about what will help between visits.
Rates
Straightforward pricing. No packages, no pressure.
Jess is a massage wellness practitioner, not a registered massage therapist, so she can't direct-bill and most insurance plans won't cover a visit. Her rates reflect that.
Focused work on one or two areas, or a full-body relaxation treatment.
Time for a full treatment plan: assessment, deep work and a proper finish.
Childcare at the Wynndel studio while you're on the table. Add $2 an hour for each extra child.
