Treatments
Four ways to feel better.
Every treatment is one-on-one with Jess and shaped around what you walk in with. Tell her the problem, or tell her you just need an hour. Both are good reasons to come.
Deep tissue massage
Slow, specific pressure into the layers that hold your tension.
For the knots that come from hauling, lifting, riding and long days at a desk. Jess works into the deeper muscle and fascia with the patience to let it release, so you walk out taller, not sore.
Trigger point therapy
Find the knot that refers pain somewhere else, and switch it off.
Trigger points are tight bands of muscle that send pain to other places: a shoulder knot that becomes a headache, a hip that becomes a sore knee. Treatment is precise and sometimes intense, with immediate relief that lasts.
Relaxation massage
Long, warm, full-body strokes. Nowhere to be for an hour.
Not everything needs fixing. A relaxation treatment settles the nervous system, eases sleep and gives a tired body an hour of being looked after.
Jaw & TMJ massage
Advanced techniques for clenching, grinding and jaw pain.
Jess completed Elevated Therapy Institute's advanced course in temporomandibular joint massage in August 2026. Treatment works the jaw, face, neck and scalp, and can include gentle work inside the mouth with gloves and your consent.
Good to know
Before your first visit.
Pressure
Deep doesn't have to mean painful. Jess checks in as she works, and you can ask for more or less at any point.
Other modalities
Looking for something not listed? Ask. Jess trains continually and will tell you honestly whether she's the right fit.
Insurance
Jess is not a registered massage therapist and can't direct-bill. Some extended plans cover unregistered massage, so check yours.
Kids
Childcare is available at the Wynndel studio for $12 an hour, plus $2 for each additional child. Mention it when you book.
